A: All of our paintings are 100% hand-painted (oil-based)! We ourselves love art and would never sell a print.

Q: Who are the artists?

A: We are very proud to have talented, low-key artists painting for us. We cannot afford to have more well-known artists at these prices, and are happy to support our artists efforts and passion.

Q: How long will it take to receive my painting?

A: It will take about 6-8 weeks to receive your painting at your door. We know this is a long time to wait, but we do not want to rush our artists at the expense of quality. 

Q: What is a stretched painting?

A: A stretched painting is when the canvas has been wrapped around a wood frame, so it is sturdy and can be hung directly onto the wall or put into a frame. An un-stretched painting will need to be stretched if you want to hang it in a frame. We can stretch your painting for a surcharge. Alternatively, you can call your local framing store and ask if they can provide this service.

Q: Is the pictures I see on your website the actual painting I will receive?

A: The pictures on our website are all actual photos of paintings by our artists! However, because every individual masterpiece is painted by hand, you can expect your painting to be unique and might have minor variations. 

Q: Can you paint me a custom-size?

A: We can try our best to do this. Please contact us with your request.

Q: Can I return my painting if I don't like it?

A: Of course! If you want to return your painting, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will give you further instructions. We will only accept returns that are sent back in the original condition we sent them in. We are not responsible for return shipping. Custom paintings or custom orders are not-returnable.
